United, these 'misfits' (isolated people) stand together as a secret society called NLNS. As the founder and leader, I, Junnosuke Tachibana, will not stop until we eliminate this madness-filled law forever!
I have also found an ally in this mission – an old, grumpy, and wealthy man whose name is unknown... He has already provided us with a secret base and a lot of cash. In return, he wants us to find someone and "protect them at any cost." Obviously, the key to the success of our mission lies with him...?
